Availability of foods is not a problem in Frazerganj, especially for those who love fishes. Local sea fishes are supplied to the hotels and restaurants in bulk quantity. One can reach Frazerganj from Kolkata by both roadway and railway but the journey but the earlier is much more exciting especially for the moment when the vehicles are taken into a ferry to cross the Hatania-Doania river. It takes about five hours to reach Frazerganj from Kolkata and the WBSTC buses depart from Esplanade at 7 in the morning. Besides, one may take any train heading towards Diamond Harbour or Namkhana from Sealdah section. However, as you have to change vehicles several times, the journey may seem to be hectic.
